Ashwath
Muralidharan

Senior Director, Business Development & Strategy

Ashwath Muralidharan is a Real Estate Technologist with over a decade of experience in the Commercial Real Estate space. Currently, he oversees Business Development and Strategy for Nakisa’s Integrated Workplace Management products, with a particular emphasis on Real Estate Portfolio Management.
Before joining Nakisa, he dedicated over six years to Ernst & Young, where he spearheaded substantial technology transformation projects for Real Estate, Finance, and Facilities functions at Fortune 1000 companies. His expertise lies in technology strategy, process design, and new product development. He is also a certified Product Manager and has played hands-on roles in developing two innovative enterprise SaaS applications from the ground up.

Imran Mia

Vice President, Customer Success

Imran brings over 20 years of expertise in finance transformation, solution implementation, business development, and product development. He played a pivotal role in shaping the Nakisa Lease Administration (NLA) solution, acting as a key bridge between clients, prospects, and the product team to ensure NLA delivered essential lease accounting capabilities—well before IFRS 16 and ASC 842 came into effect. He later led a real estate ERP practice at Deloitte Canada, where he successfully established the practice and oversaw large-scale implementation projects nationwide.

Today, as VP of Customer Success at Nakisa, Imran is focused on driving client success, supporting the seamless adoption of our innovative IWMS portfolio, and building strong, value-driven partnerships.

Camilo Ricaurte

Enterprise Account Executive

Camilo Ricaurte brings over a decade of experience building long-term enterprise relationships across retail, entertainment, and tech. He began his career distributing products to major retailers, then moved to the operator side, leading B2B sales for a movie theatre conglomerate. Five years ago, Camilo transitioned to the tech sector, helping marketplace unicorns launch new products through strategic partnerships. Today, he leverages his MBA from HEC Montréal and his passion for fintech and crypto to drive seamless adoption of Nakisa’s finance and real estate SaaS solutions for Fortune 1000 clients.
