We are happy to announce that Hamish McConnochie, one of our leading Customer Success Managers, has joined the Board of Directors of the Organization Design Forum (ODF). ODF is a community of organization design practitioners passionate about helping organizations become more effective, successful, and inspiring. Their annual conference stands as a key event where industry professionals can come together to engage in conferences, panels, and workshops, exploring the latest innovations in organizational design. In addition to the conference, ODF offers a range of practitioner resources including virtual events throughout the year. Hamish is joining a board of highly experienced professionals in organization design, change leadership, digital transformation, management consulting, and executive coaching.
Bilingual in English and French, Hamish brings extensive expertise in organization design and transformation, which he gained across New Zealand, the UK, and Canada. After a career start in public sector consultancy, he then held various consulting roles, focusing on HR and organizational effectiveness, and later moved into the financial sector as an organization effectiveness and corporate strategy advisor. Recently, he returned to the HR SaaS space, helping enterprise clients achieve workforce planning goals at Nakisa. Hamish began engaging with the Organization Design Forum in 2022, leading to his election to the Board in 2024.
