Sebastiaan has been working with our clients on organizational health, design, and people analytic needs for the past 20 years. Helping shape our HR product line by bridging the gap between HR and technology. He has been part of the transition from on-premise to the SaaS at Nakisa, including working on native cloud technologies and API connectors for both SAP and Workday.
As with all other living organisms, enterprise organizations are in a constant state of remaking themselves while also simultaneously growing, changing and adapting to their environments.
