We started implementing Nakisa in 2019 and it saved us a lot of time. Instead of manually creating org charts in PowerPoint, we use Nakisa to generate them automatically and instantly. Nakisa also helps my team with scenario modeling, succession planning, and talent sessions with our executives.
All in all, the [reorg] process could take up to 38 days to complete on org change. With the write-back, the end-to-end org change process now takes under 5 days. The enablement of the write-back removes all the manual processing and automates information sharing between stakeholders. It is a huge win for our HR group.

Nakisa allowed us to close our books a week before month-end.
