Adam is a graduate of the University of Colorado. Bringing 5 years of Sales and Customer Success experience, Adam has worked with some of the biggest government, private, and public organizations globally. At Nakisa he works closely with our clients to ensure they can get the most out of our business-critical solutions.

Ali Rafique

Support Services

Ali has been working with finance and hr solution clients for the past 9 years at Nakisa and is obsessed with customer satisfaction. As part of his mandate, he works with the biggest companies that depend on Nakisa for some of their most business-critical tasks. He received a BSc in Software Engineering from Forman Christian College of Pakistan in 2015.

Alexis Dénommée Godin

Solutions Engineering – Finance

Alexis is the holder of a BSc in Business Administration with concentration in Real Estate and Finance from UQAM, and a broker’s license in commercial and residential real estate. He’s using his market knowledge and insights into the customer’s daily operations, challenges, and goals to help shape the next generation of Nakisa Real Estate solution for clients such as Walmart & LCBO.

Arun Taneja

Product Management – Finance

Arun is an MBA-Finance graduate of McGill University, Canada. He has years of experience developing Banking, CRM, and wealth management solutions for some of the largest global companies. At Nakisa he is responsible for delivering the NRE and NLA solutions that meet the business needs of our clients and keep bringing innovation to our Finance Suite.

Ashwath Muralidharan

Business Development & Strategy

Ashwath is a Real Estate Technologist with over a decade of experience in the Commercial Real Estate space. Currently, he oversees Business Development and Strategy for Nakisa’s Integrated Workplace Management products, with a particular emphasis on Real Estate Portfolio Management. Before joining Nakisa, he dedicated over six years to Ernst & Young, where he spearheaded substantial technology transformation projects for Real Estate, Finance, and Facilities functions at Fortune 1000 companies. His expertise lies in technology strategy, process design, and change management. Additionally, he holds certification as a Product Manager and has played a key role in developing two innovative enterprise SaaS applications from the ground up.

Bruce Conway

Solution Engineering – Finance

Bruce Conway is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over 23 years of experience in managing lease portfolios for numerous Fortune 1000 companies. He has played a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge Software as a Service (SaaS) used by lessees worldwide and has utilized this software to serve clients from lease origination to termination. Before his tenure in Equipment Leasing and Leasing Software, Bruce held various controllership roles and enjoyed a successful career with both KPMG and Price Waterhouse (PwC).

Bhavin Topiwala

Product Management – Finance

Bhavin is an SAP certified integration consultant with 15+ years of experience in SAP solutions. He has worked on several End-to-End implementations and support projects. Last 5 years, he has been working on the Nakisa Finance Suite where he manages Product Design, Development and SAP Integrations.

Catalina Fulger

Solutions Engineering – Finance

Catalina holds a BSc in Finace and is an ACCA affiliate with 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting field with strong expeirence in SAP and IFRS 16. As an ex-user of accounting solutions, she understands Nakisa’s customer needs easily and can relate to their pain points enabling her to be their best advisor. She is the co-host of Nakisa NLA Office Hours!

Èhsan Sharif

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

Èhsan is an information systems engineer by training and has 4 years of experience in the technology advisory space. At Nakisa, he advises clients on their transformation journey to Nakisa solutions, ensuring successful implementation from inception to completion. Prior to joining Nakisa, he earned his Master’s degree from Concordia University, where he conducted research on information systems management for the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. His experience includes corporate strategy and technology advisory for small to medium-sized organizations during his studies at Concordia.

Christopher holds degrees in both psychology and sales, bringing a customer-centric approach and a robust background in software sales and the SaaS industry with over 10 years of experience. Franco is the holder of a BSc degree in commerce with distinction from Concordia University and a proud CPA holder. His passion for financial transformation is paramount coupled with his vast, enterprise experience in accounting! He enjoyed supporting clients with their accounting operational enhancement.

Hailey Wilson

Solution Engineering – Finance

Hailey is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 5 years’ experience in the finance transformation space. Before joining Nakisa, her experience included technology and financial advisory, and large public audit. At Nakisa, she acts as an advisor to our customers sharing lease accounting and Nakisa best practices.

Hamish McConnochie

Customer Success Office

Hamish brings over 10 years of experience in organizational design and transformation, with international experience working in APEC, Europe, and North America. Beginning his career as a public sector consultant, Hamish later transitioned into org design consulting, working with clients in a range of industries. He would later join TD Bank, focusing on its New Evolution of Work agile transformation program.

At Naksia, Hamish has utilized his extensive background to support HR clients such as Allied Irish Banks, State Street, and Standard Bank, as well as clients in diverse sectors including insurance, the public sector, and oil & gas. Hamish holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington. Additionally, he serves as a Board Member of the Organization Design Forum.

Jalil Elkarfi

Cloud Services

Jalil holds a BSc in computer Science and M.Sc. in information technology from Cardiff Metropolitan University. At Nakisa he is responsible for maintaining our cloud inventory and ensuring high solution availability and customer satisfaction! Jalil is involved throughout the client’s journey at Nakisa.

Michele Terzaghi

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

Michele has been serving customers of the finance product line as Project Manager and Solution Architect for the past 5 years. He has worked with some of the largest companies implementing Nakisa Lease Administration integrated with SAP and non-SAP ERP. He received a master’s in computer science engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan.

Manoj Shivapurkar

Support Services

Manoj has been serving customers of the finance product line for the past 5 years. He periodically communicates with the customer to make sure they are able to use the solution in the best possible way and he takes a personal approach to providing support to them. Manoj holds a BSc and master’s in computer applications from Bharati Vidyapeeth University Pune.

With over 16 years of experience in the HR technology space, Nav’s worked with many global organizations on implementing HR Solutions and industry best practices. Prior to joining Nakisa, she spent many years at Blackberry focusing on the SAP HCM space. Working at Nakisa for 10 years, Nav’s passionate about her customers and ensuring we build the right products for our customers.

Paresh is a SAP Certified Consultant with 9+ years of SAP FICO experience in Manufacturing, wholesale, Retail etc. Paresh has helped and led PS Team in many critical Nakisa Projects supporting our clients and their implementation of Nakisa Lease Administration solutions such as Walmart, 3M, JBS, Nuskin, Nielsen etc.

Philip Hofton

Business Development and Strategy

Philip comes to Nakisa with over 20 years of organizational transformation and change management experience. He helped organizations lead post-merger/acquisition integrations, streamline operational and business processes based on cloud ERP technology, and transform the HR, Finance, and IT functions. Philip’s expertise has enabled many large and small enterprises in Canada and across the globe to reach the next level of performance.

Philip holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queen’s University and an MBA from Simon Fraser University.

Rafi Azad

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

Rafi is a Senior Solution Consultant at Nakisa with over 8 years of experience in IT project management & implementation in different technology sectors. Rafi is a holder of Master of Engineering from Concordia University, Canada & BSc in Electrical Engineering from American Intl University Bangladesh.

In his 4 + years in Nakisa, Rafi has successfully lead many key Implementation Projects with clients like Exxon Mobil, Stryker, Airbus, Unicomer, Millicom etc.

Robert Jicsinszky

Robert is a holder of an MBA from McGill University with a specialization in strategy and analytics. He has worked on both finance and HR product lines delivering multiple projects in onboarding, implementation and SaaS upgrades. In addition, he has been working on improving and operationalizing all client release and upgrade-related activities at Nakisa.

An IT graduate with +10 years of experience delivering financial and telecom projects across the globe to Fortune 1000. He has vast experience supporting Nakisa On-prem clients through their journey to NLA SaaS solution and supported various projects as the Project manager, one of his proud moments is when Walmart went live with NLA SaaS solution!

Sebastiaan Bos

Product Management – HR

Sebastiaan has been working with our clients on organizational health, design, and people analytic needs for the past 20 years. Helping shape our HR product line by bridging the gap between HR and technology. He has been part of the transition from on-premise to the SaaS at Nakisa, including working on native cloud technologies and API connectors for both SAP and Workday.

Ruchika Mogha

Solution Engineering – Finance

Ruchika holds a CPA designation and has over 12 years of experience in accounting firms and large enterprises. At Nakisa, she is dedicated to leveraging her expertise and guiding customers on their journey through Nakisa solutions. Ruchika is passionate about building customer relationships and is dedicated to ensuring the optimal utilization of our solutions.

Sherif Luka is a graduate of McGill University, where he received his BSc & MS degrees, majoring in Computer Science. Sherif has more than 17 years of experience specializing in HCM. He has worked with some of the largest companies in the world at Nakisa, is a strong customer advocate, and is a trusted advisor to our partners.

Shivani Tamhane

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

Shivani is a holder of Masters in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a specialization in ERP systems. She has over 8+ years of experience in delivering complex S4 HANA implementations via end-to-end Finance and Supply Chain transformations for global customers. Shivani has been a pivotal member of the PS team in successfully integrating Nakisa Lease Administration solutions with S4 HANA for several of Nakisa’s Fortune 1000 clients including but not limited to Nestle, Bridgestone and The Volvo Group.

Talar Manoukian

A finance graduate with six years of project management experience, Talar has adeptly assisted Nakisa on-prem clients in transitioning to the NLA SaaS solution. She has also managed numerous onboarding projects across various lines of business within Nakisa. In her role, she collaborates closely with clients, serving as their advocate and ensuring their satisfaction remains her primary objective.

Thanh Nguyen

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

Thanh has close to 20 years of experience in the HR technology space, working with many global organizations such as OPG, OpenText, CP Rail, Coca Cola Femsa, Standard Bank, Navistar, and many more. She leads HR solution implementations for on-prem and SaaS platforms, providing expertise to both clients and the Nakisa team. Thanh actively collaborates with Product and R&D teams, focusing on integrating API connectors for SAP SuccessFactors and Workday. Known for her customer-centric approach, she prioritizes fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Umer Shafqat

Umer is the holder of a BSc. in software engineering from the University of Management and Technology, Pakistan.

He is proud to have helped some of the biggest companies in the world with their IFRS 16 and lease management questions and he is passionate about how solutions can integrate with 3rd party software such as SAP.

Zark Ahmed

With 6 years of experience at Nakisa, Zark has been dedicated to serving clients in finance and real estate solutions. He is deeply committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and works closely with some of the largest companies that rely on Nakisa for their most business-critical tasks. Zark holds a BSc in Computer Science from Superior University of Pakistan, earned in 2017.

Zeina Dabbagh

Zeina has over 14 years of experience in the Finance Technology space. Prior to joining Nakisa, her experience included corporate accounting in large public enterprises, software product management and most recently technology advisory at Deloitte. Zeina is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Certified IT Professional (CITP).
