We are thrilled to announce the launch of our 2024 Voice of Client initiative, dedicated to building a stronger connection with our valued clients. This annual initiative is a crucial part of our commitment to continually improving our products and services based on their feedback. 

Are you a Nakisa client? We have a short survey to gather your feedback! Log in to our Client Portal or reach out to your dedicated customer success manager to get the link to our annual Voice of Client survey. 

Your feedback will provide us with a deeper understanding of your needs and preferences, allowing us to enhance your overall experience with Nakisa. Each year, following your feedback, we implement a series of improvements and compile a VoC report, where we share our clients' satisfaction levels and the actions we are taking to improve them.  Please check our 2023 VoC report for more details.
