Kevin is the Deloitte National Real Estate Leader in Canada and a Partner focused on providing real estate advisory services to public and private sector clients. He has strong program delivery credentials on operational business transformation, centralization, optimization, and quality/timeliness improvements in service delivery nationally. Prior to joining Deloitte, Kevin was a high performing senior executive in the Government of Canada with experience in large-scale Real Estate, Information Technology and Security Operations.

Kevin has extensive project experience with all levels of government managing large, complex ($B+) real estate, IT, and capital equipment procurement as well as in strategic project management delivering consistently outstanding results. Federally, he has strong leadership in building and focusing national teams on program optimization, service delivery excellence, client engagement and management maintaining disciplined oversight and performance management of $25B+ of assets nationally including multi $B+ service contracts. Since joining Deloitte 6 years ago, he has taken that experience to multiple clients in both public and private sectors with great success.

Prior to joining Nakisa, Robert spent over 25 years at Deloitte advising CEOs and enterprise organizations. He led technology clients as managing partner of Deloitte’s Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) industry group, helping organizations navigate growth, mergers and acquisitions, and business strategy.

Ashwath Muralidharan is a Real Estate Technologist with over a decade of experience in the Commercial Real Estate space. Currently, he oversees Business Development and Strategy for Nakisa’s Integrated Workplace Management products, with a particular emphasis on Real Estate Portfolio Management. Before joining Nakisa, he dedicated over six years to Ernst & Young, where he spearheaded substantial technology transformation projects for Real Estate, Finance, and Facilities functions at Fortune 1000 companies.

His expertise lies in technology strategy, process design, and new product development. He is also a certified Product Manager and has played hands-on roles in developing two innovative enterprise SaaS applications from the ground up.
