Bruce Conway is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years of experience managing lease portfolios for Fortune 1000 companies. He has been a key contributor to the development of innovative SaaS solutions used by lessees worldwide and has successfully overseen large-scale global lease portfolios. Before his tenure in enterprise lease management and leasing software, Bruce held senior controllership roles and built a distinguished career at leading firms, including KPMG, PwC, and CIBC. His expertise and dedication have made him a trusted leader in the leasing industry.
Business Development & Strategy
Ashwath is a Real Estate Technologist with over 10 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate and Smart Buildings SaaS space. Currently, he oversees Business Development and Strategy for Nakisa’s Integrated Workplace Management (IWMS) products, with a particular emphasis on Real Estate Portfolio Management. Before joining Nakisa, he dedicated over 6 years to Ernst & Young, where he spearheaded substantial technology transformation projects for real estate, finance, and facilities functions at Fortune 1000 companies. His expertise lies in technology strategy, high-value implementations, process design, and change management. Additionally, he holds certification as a Product Manager and has played a key role in developing two innovative enterprise SaaS applications from the ground up. He is also an investor and GTM partner for multiple software startups globally.

Zeina is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the Finance Technology space. Her career spans corporate accounting in large public enterprises, software product management, and technology advisory at Deloitte. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified IT Professional (CITP), Zeina brings a unique blend of financial expertise and technical insight to her work at Nakisa as a Director of Product.

Beginning his career as a public sector consultant, he transitioned into organizational design consulting and later joined TD Bank, where he contributed to its New Evolution of Work agile transformation program. As a Value Advisory Manager at Nakisa, Hamish sits at the intersection of product, business development and customer success, working cross-functionality to bring insights to improve software offering and customer outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington and serves as a Board Member of the Organization Design Forum, reflecting his dedication to advancing the field.

Shivani is a seasoned expert with over 10 years of experience in delivering complex S/4 HANA implementations, specializing in end-to-end Finance and Supply Chain transformations for global customers. As a key member of the Professional Services team, she has successfully integrated Nakisa Lease Accounting solutions with S/4 HANA for numerous Fortune 1000 clients, including ConocoPhillips, Chevron Phillips Chem, Nestle, Bridgestone, and The Volvo Group. Shivani holds a master’s degree in management information systems from the State University of New York at Buffalo, specializing in ERP systems.

With over 20 years of expertise in accounting, including IFRS 16 compliance and SAP systems, Catalina brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and hands-on experience as a former user of accounting solutions. This deep understanding of client challenges has established her as a trusted advisor. Catalina transitioned from Solution Engineer to Support Services, where she now leads the global support team for all Nakisa products. She has driven impactful initiatives like the Office Hour program, a cornerstone now led by fellow Solution Engineering members. As a frequent speaker at User Group sessions, Catalina is passionate about sharing insights and empowering clients to maximize the value of their Nakisa solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is an ACCA Affiliate.
