1. Org Chart Suite enhancements: elevating organizational clarity and advanced analytics
We continue to expand and enhance the Org Chart Suite, advancing organizational visualization and analytics capabilities to provide our clients with deeper clarity into their structures, roles, employees, skills, and more. Let’s explore the full list of functionalities below.
1.1 5C Dashboard available in Org Chart
The 5C framework is a proven approach in strategic workforce planning that evaluates your workforce based on 5 dimensions, including Capacity (headcount, FTE, and position trends), Cost (salaries, compensation, and position budgets), Capabilities (skills and competencies), Composition (role and skill distribution), and Configuration (organizational structure including layers and spans).
The 5C dashboard has been integrated into the Org Chart product. As of 2025.R3, you can view the first three metrics, Capacity, Cost, and Capability.
5C dashboards are now available in Nakisa Org Chart dashboards, for better visibility into your organization.
This dashboard allows you to see how capacity, cost, and capability are distributed across the organization, helping you understand the current workforce state, identify gaps in skills or roles, and evaluate how structural changes or role configurations can impact key workforce dimensions. With these insights available directly on one page, teams can make informed decisions more efficiently, without needing to switch between multiple tools.

1.2 Succession planning visualization and assignment
A new Succession view has been added to make it easier to see succession readiness across the organization. This view directly displays potential successors for specific employees as well as overall bench strength.
Succession details are also available in the Relationships tab of employee profiles in the directory. In addition, successors can now be assigned directly on the org chart, streamlining the process of keeping succession data up to date.
The succession view allows users to view different successors, bench strength and readiness for positions directly on the org chart.

Succession planning is often where organizations fall behind, relying on spreadsheets or fragmented systems. By bringing it directly into Nakisa, you not only reduce the risk of critical role gaps but also reduce the dependance on external tools and manual tracking, helping ensure that your future leadership pipeline is strong and ready.

1.3 Scoped search structure/hierarchy dashboards
Dashboards are now more flexible and precise, thanks to scoped search capabilities tied to hierarchical structures. A new hierarchy search option has been added to the filter panel of the Executive Summary, Employee Insight, and custom dashboards. Selecting a node automatically filters the dashboard to show data for that node and all of its children, giving users a clearer, more granular view of specific segments of the organization.
The new hierarchy search option automatically filters dashboards for clearer, more targeted insights.
This will make it easier to analyze parts of the organization in detail without losing context, supporting quicker insights and more targeted decisions.

1.4 Export to PowerPoint
Org charts, including custom tags and analytics, can now be exported directly to PowerPoint format in high resolution.
The export to PowerPoint functionality allows for simple export, or multi-view export over several slides.
You can also crop and screenshot multiple different views before exporting them to a multi-slide format.

Through high-quality, customizable exports, this update makes it easier to share organizational structures in meetings, reports, or executive presentations, without having to recreate charts manually. Because exports come directly from Nakisa’s software, they are always consistent with your most up-to-date workforce data, ensuring accuracy and reducing the risk of discrepancies.

In addition to the suite-specific upgrades outlined above, the 2025.R3 release introduces portfolio-wide enhancements across all lines of businesses, designed to elevate the user experience and streamline workflows.
3.1 Nakisa AI Assistant

This allows users to not only receive written explanations when they ask a question about how to perform a task but also access clear, step-by-step video instructions. Many of these videos are hosted on Nakisa YouTube channel for easy access and reference.

3.2 Product Center redesign
The Product Center landing page has been redesigned to simplify navigation and make information more accessible. Key details such as recently viewed items and favorites are now summarized in widget form, while available products are highlighted more clearly to help users move between them with ease.
